About the role

Bunge is seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our Commercial Relations team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in managing third-party client relationships, ensuring the smooth administration of client accounts, and contributing to our ongoing commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service excellence.

Duties

Administer and maintain client accounts including set up, closure and documentation

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Bunge systems and provide front-line support for client queries
  • Work closely with clients to ensure compliance with shipping and contractual requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients on stock management, allocations and inventory
  • Produce and distribute regular reports such as third-party transport plans, allocation reports, and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM and prepare end-of-year reconciliation reports
  • Participate in client visits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist other teams in the supply chain and shipping functions as needed

About you

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the business
  • Strong customer service focus, including the ability to handle complaints professionally and in line with company values
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Confidence using technology and systems to support reporting and client services
  • Knowledge of the grain industry is desirable but not essential

Please note due to the nature of the industry some out of hours work may be required.
