**About the Opportunity**

As we continue to grow at ECH, we are on the lookout for a talented System Analyst, with a specific focus on enhancing our customer systems. Our digital team thrive on challenges and embraces cutting-edge solutions to propel us into the future. In this role you will investigate, analyse, test, and implement systems to enhance efficiency, boost performance and ensure our digital systems seamlessly align with our business goals. You will play a pivotal role in driving a seamless customer experience by designing, mapping, and implementing information processes across diverse customer channels.

As our new Systems Analyst, you'll dive deep into Microsoft Dynamics CRM - flows, custom builds, the works - to map cohesive experiences across every customer touchpoint. Kindness and passion will fuel your work as you uncover ways to improve the customer experience.
