About GoodMind
At GoodMind, we're transforming mental health care through innovative, evidence-based treatments in psychedelic-assisted therapy. You'll be joining a group of genuinely kind, caring people who support each other and our patients, creating a workplace where warmth and empathy are core to the work that we do.
We believe in a future where people who've struggled to find relief finally feel better, and we're building the clinic network to make that happen. Each patient journey is deeply personal and often life-changing. We often meet people at a moment of vulnerability, and our duty as a team is to guide them with care, compassion, and clarity.
About the Role:
We're looking for a warm, intelligent, and articulate individual with exceptional phone skills to join us as a Patient Liaison Specialist. You'll be the first point of human contact for potential patients who've reached out through our marketing, education events and/or website. These are real people who are actively seeking help. Your role is to build trust, answer questions, and help them take the next step.
Each person who reaches out to us is looking for help and support, and each conversion could mean access to life-changing care. You'll be playing a pivotal role in both business growth and patient wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make proactive follow-up calls to prospective patients who've submitted enquiries, and answer their questions with warmth and professionalism.
- Nurture leads over time, providing support as they explore their journey to wellness
- Listen with empathy and provide clear, accurate information about our services
- Schedule assessments or hand leads over to clinical staff where appropriate
- Track and manage follow-up in our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams to optimise the patient journey
- Overall, ensure that each person who makes contact with GoodMind has a warm and positive experience
About You:
- You have excellent phone communication skills - you're warm, engaging, and naturally put people at ease
- You're emotionally intelligent, with a mature and non-judgemental approach to sensitive conversations
- You're proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility for outcomes
- You're confident using CRM systems or can quickly learn new tools
- You're organised, dependable, and can manage a high volume of leads with care
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, psychology, or a patient-facing role is valued but not essential
What We Offer:
- Potential to grow your career with a team of people who are extraordinary in their own fields - prior employees of Eucalyptus, Mosh, Bain & Co. - and clinical leaders in the field
- A mission-driven start-up environment, committed to transforming mental health care
