We are now looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative & Patient Liaison. We are seeking a young and energetic Administrative & Patient Liaison to join our team. This role is crucial to the smooth running of our operations and offers plenty of opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in both administrative support and managing patient cases from start to finish, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.
Job Description:
This is a high-pressure, full-time role that requires someone who can work well under pressure, think proactively, and pre-empt issues before they arise. Please do not apply if you are studying, looking for a part-time job, or do not intend this role to be a long-term career move.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient and organised daily operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including spreadsheets and databases.
- Confidently navigate multiple screens and applications simultaneously.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and other clerical tasks as required.
- Facilitate patient cases from beginning to end, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, keeping them informed and managing their cases efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both in writing and verbally.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive office environment.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel and other office software.
- Strong computer skills and ability to move between multiple applications with ease.
- Confidence in working on a Mac-based platform.
- Knowledge of Adobe software is ideal.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle high workloads effectively.
- Previous experience in administration or case management is highly regarded.
Interview Process:
The interview will include a practical assessment where you will be asked to work on our system. This will involve demonstrating your ability to move through different applications, navigate between screens, and efficiently use Excel.
