The Role

We're looking for an energetic and organised individual to join our growing team at True Blue Plumbing Australia. You'll be the key link between our plumbers and clients, coordinating plumbing jobs and inspections across multiple states.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that involves managing bookings, responding to phone and email enquiries, and providing exceptional administrative support to our operations team.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and booking plumbing inspections and jobs
  • Handling inbound phone and email enquiries
  • Supporting field staff and ensuring smooth workflow
  • General administration and data entry tasks

This role suits someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can work both independently and collaboratively in a close-knit team.

Plumbing or trade industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
