As our Pedagogy and Practice Mentor, you will:

Champion the Reggio Emilia approach

Support Educators to strengthen their pedagogy and practice

Facilitate reflective dialogue, inquiry, and collaborative learning across teams

Co-design the curriculum that supports environments and experiences, which provokes thinking, exploration, and authentic expression

Model pedagogical leadership, nurturing a culture of curiosity, respect, and innovation

Support documentation practices that make learning visible and meaningful

Who You Are

A deeply reflective Educator with extensive experience in Reggio Emilia-inspired practice and has worked in a similar role

Experience in developing and supporting teams with their Quality Improvement Plan

A natural mentor and coach, able to ignite passion and provoke thought

A skilled communicator who listens deeply and speaks with intention

Someone who believes that pedagogy is a living, breathing practice—always evolving
