As our Pedagogy and Practice Mentor, you will:

  • Champion the Reggio Emilia approach, supporting Educators to strengthen their pedagogy and practice.
  • Facilitate reflective dialogue, inquiry, and collaborative learning across teams.
  • Co-design environments and experiences that provoke thinking, exploration, and authentic expression.
  • Model pedagogical leadership, nurturing a culture of curiosity, respect, and innovation.
  • Support documentation practices that make learning visible and meaningful.

Who You Are

  • A deeply reflective Educator with extensive experience in Reggio Emilia-inspired practice.
  • A natural mentor and coach, able to ignite passion and provoke thought.
  • A skilled communicator who listens deeply and speaks with intention.
  • Someone who believes that pedagogy is a living, breathing practice—always evolving.
