About the role

RM Civil Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Undergraduate Civil Engineer / Administration Assistant to join our team in Rozelle, NSW. This is a part-time role that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the civil construction industry while providing administrative support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the procurement and major project tendering. Packages in excess of $2m.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and general office duties
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as required
  • Participate in site visits and inspections
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures
  • Support the civil engineering team in the delivery of projects
  • Supporting WHS, training records, and plant/fleet management

What we're looking for

  • A highly motivated individual who wants to be part of a fast growing civil construction team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
  • Keen interest in the civil engineering industry and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Current Driver's Licence and White Card
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Someone who can work between 2-3 days per week initially, with a view to a permeant full time position.
