We are seeking an experienced
Senior Civil Estimator
to join our growing team. This is a key role responsible for leading tender preparation, cost estimation, and commercial support across a diverse range of civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for civil infrastructure, earthworks, and subdivision projects.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
  • Conduct take-offs, measure quantities, and source subcontractor/supplier pricing.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options during the estimating process.
  • Support business development by contributing to bid strategies and client presentations.
  • Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous improvement within the estimating team.

About You

  • Minimum 5+ years of estimating experience in the civil construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and subdivision works.
  • Proficient in estimating software and MS Office (expert in Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • A team player with strong communication skills and leadership potential.
