We are seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team, contributing to exciting projects across the sustainable energy and civil infrastructure sector. This is a unique opportunity to work on meaningful projects that make a positive impact.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and delivery of innovative civil engineering solutions with a strong focus on sustainable infrastructure. You'll collaborate with a passionate team to bring forward-thinking projects to life.

Key Requirements

  • Must hold a degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sustainable energy and/or civil infrastructure projects
  • Proven ability to deliver projects from concept to completion
  • Strong understanding of environmental and civil regulations and compliance
  • Ability to coordinate all aspects of a projects to achieve project success including, time, cost, quality and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Knowledge of the relevant legislation, standards, and codes of practice
  • Expert negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and supervise wider team
  • Ability to complete site audits and observations in line with WH&S requirements

  • Apply expertise in sustainable engineering solutions toenhance project outcomes
  • Integrate innovative practices that reduce environmental impact
  • Materials / Waste - On-site sorting; reuse excavated/recycled materials; local sourcing
  • Water Management - Rainwater capture; low-flow equipment; erosion control
  • Equipment/Emissions - Electric/hybrid machinery; sensors for fuel/energy tracking
  • Performance Tracking – Tracking of materials delivery and waste collections.
  • Energy - Portable solar installations; eliminate diesel generators
  • Site Planning – Low impact development principles; minimal grading; preserve vegetation
