Office Manager

Task:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our team and oversee the smooth daily operations of our office. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency, compliance, and productivity of the workplace, while supporting management and staff in achieving organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office operations, systems, and administrative staff.
- Oversee records management, compliance, and office procedures.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and ensure workplace efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and prepare reports as required.
- Support recruitment, staff induction, and training processes.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and communication for management.
Skills & Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in office administration or management.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency with office software and digital systems.
Perks:
The suitable candidate may be sponsored under the Subclass 482 visa, subject to meeting eligibility requirements.
