Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced National Senior Estimator to join our high calibre team of national Estimators based out of Brisbane at our Port of Brisbane office. You will collaborate with the Chief Estimator and deliver exceptional civil infrastructure bids across Australia and the Asia Pacific region. With access to industry leading systems and software tools, you will contribute to a diverse range of multi-discipline infrastructure pre-contract bids within capabilities such as the resources sector, road construction, bulk earthworks, complex structures, airport, mining, rail, port and marine infrastructure.

  • Be the Lead Estimator and or key contributor on pre-contract bids,
  • Coach and mentor junior team members
  • Lead by example and following established best practices,

The Successful Candidate Will Be a Self-starter With

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, plus a highly collaborative nature
  • 10+ years industry experience with 5+ years working in estimating
  • demonstrated experience using established first principle estimating software as well as planning and

scheduling software.
