Senior Residential Estimator – Metal Roofing

Location: Brastin Office

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Operations Manager / Director

Brastin Roofing is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to join our residential metal roofing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong experience in estimating, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in Bluebeam to take the lead in delivering accurate and timely quotes for a range of residential projects.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct digital take-offs using Bluebeam from architectural and construction plans.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate quotes using advanced Excel spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Directors to ensure quotes reflect current pricing and project scope.
  • Maintain digital records and ensure all documentation aligns with our paperless systems.
  • Review builder documentation and plans for completeness before quoting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in estimating, ideally in residential metal roofing or construction.
  • Advanced Excel skills – confident with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Experience using Bluebeam for take-offs is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans with precision.
