In order to join the team as our new Senior Estimator you will have the ability to work within a fast-paced industry while all the time exceeding expectations and KPI's. Industry experience coupled with a positive attitude, site-based knowledge and strong organisational skills will allow you the tools required to succeed in this position.

Key activities (include but are not limited to the following):

  • Write building insurance assessment reports
  • Estimate for building re-instatement works
  • Answering phone calls and emails from clients, trades people and supervisors
  • Work with supervisors to achieve set budgets
  • Updating database and online portal systems
  • Meet SLA & KPI requirements driving performance expectations
  • Other duties as directed
