You'll take ownership of high-value tenders, collaborate directly with directors and project managers, and bring your experience to a company known for quality, professionalism, and consistency.


About the Role

  • Lead the end-to-end estimating process for commercial and residential landscape projects
  • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing
  • Work closely with the construction team to ensure accuracy, buildability, and value management
  • Contribute to continual improvement of our estimating systems and processes

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in estimating (landscaping, civil, or construction)
  • Strong understanding of landscape materials, labour rates, and construction methodology
  • Confidence with take-offs, BoQs, and tender submissions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-driven, organised, and proactive in meeting deadlines
