The role
Reporting to the Crown PlaySafe Shift Managers the Crown PlaySafe Advisor will assist customers who are seeking support or who have been identified as potentially experiencing difficulties associated with gambling. You will be trained 'on the job' in all aspects of Crown's PlaySafe Code of Conduct, including the delivery of Play Periods, Self-Exclusion, Third-Party Exclusion and Revocation.
The Crown PlaySafe team have multiple positions on offer including the below:
- Crown PlaySafe Advisor – Full Time – Permanent
- Crown PlaySafe Advisor – Full Time – Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Please note your application will be considered against both Permanent and Fixed term positions.
About you
You'll bring the following:
- Flexibility with working in a 24/7 operation on a rotating roster including 8 – 12-hour shifts covering days, nights and weekends
- Previous Crown Play Safe Ambassador experience beneficial
- Casino Operations, Gaming or Premium Gaming experience beneficial
- Demonstrated ability working in high-stress, complex environments with a strong customer focus
- Exceptional communication and conflict negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Ability and confidence to work autonomously
- Compliance with and adherence to relevant policies and procedures
- Highly compliant with management of confidential or sensitive information
- Ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate records
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work constructively with culturally diverse groups
- Ability and desire to seamlessly collaborate across multiple departments and always maintain a "solutions mindset"
This role requires:
- Successful applicants will be required to obtain WA, and VIC Gaming Licenses.
- Formal relevant qualifications are highly desirable but not required
