**The role**

Crown Perth are looking to appoint a suitably experienced individual to take on the role of **Senior Injury Management Advisor** on a full-time basis. You will be involved in ensuring effective management and continuous improvement of Crown Perth’s injury and claim management system. You will also assist in the implementation of relevant Health & Wellbeing programs including injury prevention.

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Extensive “Hands on” injury management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of WA’s Workers’ Compensation system and legislation
- Ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and establish and maintain effective networks
- Ability to prepare, analyse and investigate statistics to identify meaningful trends and establish action plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to respond to dynamic and diverse workplace
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to 24/7 business support
- Driver’s License
- Allied Health background is desirable
