We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is passionate about technology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to drive innovation in access control solutions. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our integration solutions, backend systems, and cloud-based platforms. This is an opportunity to work in a highly technical, fast-paced environment while leading key projects that drive business impact.

Software Development & System Integration

• Design, develop, and implement custom backend solutions using Java.
• Develop RESTful and SOAP APIs to integrate onUgo with external applications.
• Optimise and maintain existing integrations for performance, scalability, and security.
• Build and manage integration workflows, ensuring seamless data flow across business applications.
• Build mobile applications using Swift UI (iOS/macOS) and Java (Android).
• Debug, resolve system errors and perform testing as needed for new applications or in response to internal requests and maintain documentation.
• Ensure scalability, security, and high performance across all software applications

Cloud & DevOps

• Work with cloud service (AWS, GCP and Azure) for hosting and scalability.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Containerize applications using Docker and Docker REST API.

Data & System Management

• Design and manage relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL cloud database
• Improve data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance reliability.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and analyse technical requirements.
• Engage with teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and uphold best practices.
• Keep up to date with new platform features and technology trends, recommending improvements.
• Contribute innovative ideas and work in an onsite, fast-paced, and rapidly growing business environment

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL cloud database
• Experience in Swift UI (iOS/macOS), Java (Android), and front-end web technologies
• Knowledge of Docker, containerization, and RESTful APIs
• Ability to work onsite in Sydney, collaborating with a high-energy, goal-driven team
• A technology enthusiast who is innovative, communicative, and committed to excellence

Nice to Have

• Experience with Operation Technology in Commercial Real Estate
• Familiarity with or been part of Digital transformation in workplace

Pay: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
