We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of project- and service-based initiatives, with a strong focus on developing automation systems and digital solutions across key industries such as Water, Manufacturing, Rail, and Infrastructure.
We are looking for someone with passion and drive who will be responsible for:
1. System Design & Development
- Design, develop, commission, and support internal systems
- Maintain and improve internal systems aligned with best practices
2. Project Execution & Planning
- Execute tasks based on team leader guidance
- Meet project timelines and cost targets
3. Compliance & Process Alignment
- Adhere to internal systems, IMS requirements, and company standards
- Support Division 4 and broader business objectives
4. Safety & Work Standards
- Comply with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
5. Collaboration & Support
- Enhance client experience with timely service
- Support fellow engineers and the delivery/engineering teams
6. Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to process improvement, methodologies, and system enhancements
The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum
3+ years of experience
as a Full Stack Developer or similar role - Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred) - Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in:
- .NET Core / .NET 6+
and
C#
for backend development - Angular 14+
(or latest version) for dynamic and responsive UI - PostgreSQL
and relational database design - Backend-to-frontend design and coding methodologies
- Strong understanding of:
- Object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Design patterns
- RESTful API design and integration
- Clean code practices and clean architecture
- Experience with:
- Version control systems
(e.g., Git) - Unit testing frameworks
- Docker
or containerized development environments - Cloud platforms
(preferably
Azure
) - Familiarity with
Agile development methodologies
