These solutions are aimed at revolutionising client engagement, automating complex workflows, and ensuring the highest standards of data security.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role in building and maintaining our new generation of secure client portals and internal operational systems. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing our technology roadmap and driving our digital transformation strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

· Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable web applications from front-end to back-end.

· Client Portal Development: Build and maintain secure, intuitive client portals for seamless document exchange, real-time financial reporting, and client communication.

· System Integration & API Development: Develop and maintain secure APIs and integration layers to connect our internal systems with third-party accounting & software (Xero, MYOB, Hubspot) and other business platforms.

· Process Automation: Architect and implement software solutions to automate accounting processes, including tax lodgement, payroll, compliance tracking, and data migration.

· UI/UX Implementation: Translate business requirements into functional, user-friendly interfaces for both internal staff and external clients, ensuring a high-quality user experience.

· Security & Compliance: Ensure all development practices and outputs adhere to strict Australian privacy laws (e.g., APA Act), accounting standards, and industry best practices for cybersecurity.

· Continuous Improvement: Proactively support and contribute to the ongoing digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Skills & Experience Required:

· Proven experience in full-stack web development.

· Front-End Proficiency: Strong skills in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and at least one front-end framework (e.g., React, , Angular).

· Back-End Proficiency: Solid experience with server-side languages (e.g., Python/Django, , Java, or .NET) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

· Integration Experience: Demonstrable experience building and working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services and platforms.

· UI/UX Awareness: A strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and a portfolio demonstrating the ability to build user-centric applications.

· Security Mindset: A strong understanding of application security best practices, authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT), and data protection principles.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

· Tertiary qualifications in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field are highly regarded.
