Who are we?
ARG is a 'service-oriented' project sales agency - working closely with many professional service organisations across Australia. We provide an "end to end" experience for our partners with sales advisory, stock support, contracts, handover support and property management. ARG Property Management was established as a boutique, service focused management business to complement our national sales brand.
Our primary focus is with brand new properties across Australia. We work closely with builders, developers, and professional selling partners. ARG is not the typical competitive real estate office; we have strong focus on long term relationships with our team members and external selling partners, owners, and tenants.
Who are we looking for?
Most of the ARG sales volume is to investors, and as a result we have experienced exponential growth of the management business. ARG Property Management is searching for the next superstar to become a part of our growing family as we expand our business offering into Victoria.
We are currently seeking an energetic Melbourne based Business Development Assistant to join the team.
The Role

Are you looking for a role where you can combine your organisational skills with your passion for people? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Business Development Assistant position, supporting our Business Development Manager while playing a key part in delivering an exceptional client experience.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Business Development Manager to support new business initiatives, nurture client relationships, and ensure every client and prospect receives a seamless, professional service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of behind-the-scenes organisation and client interaction.
About You
We are looking for a self-starting, ambitious team player with a genuine love for Property Management and more importantly…people. The following would also help:
- A current Agents Representative, Real Estate Licence will be well received.
 - A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
 - Minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Manager is preferred but not essential.
 - ARG is a leader in using technology and innovation within the business (do we even have a filing cabinet in the office??). The ideal candidate will have a solid working knowledge across all current real estate programs including PropertyMe, IRE, Inspection Express, HubSpot CRM etc.
 - Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills.
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure first class customer service.
