Well established and fast growing leading agency, Barry Plant North Eastern Group is now seeking a full-time experienced Property Manager working in our Mill Park - South Morang Office. Salary package starting at $75,000 and up to $90,000 for applicants with a high level of experience with no Saturday work.

Your duties will be included in this role:

  • Managing a portfolio
  • Submit tenancy applications to the landlord
  • Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Arranging repairs and maintenance
  • Managing arrears effectively
  • Preparing for and attending VCAT

To apply this position, you must be licensed or hold a certificate of registration and you must have a valid driver's license and a reliable car, and most importantly:

  • You are familiar with Property Tree &Â InspectRealEstate
  • You are professional in your current service to clients and customers
  • You have an eagerness to offer exemplary customer service
  • Your hard work ethic is underpinned by care, honesty, integrity and accountability
  • You possess attention to detail and accuracy whilst working to deadlines
  • Your written and verbal skills are of a high standard
  • You are well presented and have positive team attitude
