Cloverdale Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced garden and property maintenance person to join our growing team based in Keilor East.

This role is primarily focused on garden maintenance, with some property maintenance and mechanical cleaning tasks included as required by our clients. The position offers the opportunity to progress to full-time after a successful probationary period.

Hours:

Approximately 38 hours per week, subject to client needs.

The Role:

  • Perform general garden maintenance: mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding
  • Operate maintenance equipment: lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, etc.
  • Ride-on and zero-turn mower experience desirable but not essential
  • Carry out property maintenance and mechanical cleaning tasks, as required – training provided
  • Ensure landscaping designs are upheld and plant health is maintained
  • Drive company vehicle to attend multiple job sites daily

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills with team members and clients
  • Experience using power tools and operating machinery
  • Confident in general handyman tasks
  • Ability to tow a trailer
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Well presented with a focus on safety and quality

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Manual driver's licence (preferred)
  • Valid Police Check (within the last 6 months)
