This position requires a mature, responsible person to join the office team, working 2-3 days per week (9am – 5pm) and one weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday). Additional hours are available during peak periods.

The successful applicant must be available during school holidays, long weekends and peak periods.

The position requires a high standard of customer relations and excellent communication and organisational skills.  Duties include;

· Answering telephone & email enquiries

· Management of Group Bookings

· Daily cash reconciliation

· Assistance with accounts receivable and accounts payable

· Spreadsheet and database management

· Cleaning & general office duties

Importantly the position will provide support to admission, retail and café areas which requires a variety of tasks from processing sales to clearing tables.

The position will require a qualification to be held or obtained in Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid.

The position provides an opportunity to become an integral member of this successful family business.

Appropriate award, penalty rates and entitlements apply and whilst own transport is recommended, not essential. Free onsite parking available.
