Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for aWorkplace Learning & Development Assistant Managerto live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are on the lookout for someone who possesses a keen eye for detail, excels in stakeholder management, and has a talent for building relationships to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in internal training and collaboration with external stakeholders, while also being proactive and focused on budget management.
In this role, you will assist the Director of People & Culture in the effective management, organisation, and delivery of Resort wide training, learning and development. You will be responsible for creating a new employee orientation program, which includes relevant administrative tasks carried out both internally and by external providers.
Your key duties will include:
- To refine and implement a Learning and Development Strategy at Ayers Rock Resort including: Assessing training needs on an on-going basis at ARR
 - Develop, deliver and/or organise training solutions for ARR to meet industry standards and employee needs and aspirations
 - Work with General Manager of People & Culture to plan the monthly training calendar
 - Management and delivery of the ARR Orientation program
 - Manage the tasks associated with monthly training calendar, including distribution, room bookings and catering requests
 - Manage and maintain the VLearn (LMS) platform
 - Manage the external training providers
