We are seeking motivated Compliance Analyst to join our friendly team on a permanent part-time or full-time basis.

Club Marconi is known as the sports and entertainment hub for the local area in Western Sydney (Bossley Park). The Club has over 55,000 members and brings a multitude of cultures together under one roof.

We offer a large gaming area including KENO and TAB plus a variety of dining options, including: The Piazza, Cafe; and the Star Buffet. We also offer a range of sporting facilities including: 5 Soccer fields; 1 Rugby League field: 5 Netball courts; 6 lane Bocce; Snooker and Billiards: Softball training fields; Cricket field; Indoor Cricket nets; Fencing Academy; 5 Tennis courts; and 4 Squash courts. We really are the hub of sport in the community.

About the Role…

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

Regulatory Compliance

o Monitor and ensure adherence to AUSTRAC anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations.

o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of L&G NSW policies, RSA, RCG, and other relevant legislation.

o Ensure all gaming operations comply with Club Marconi's internal policies and procedures.

Systems & Analytics

o Utilise the IGT Club Advantage gaming system for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

o Perform variance analysis and compliance audits using advanced IT and analytical tools.

o Investigate and report on player activities, focusing on AML/CTF risks and suspicious behaviour.

o Comprehensive use of CCTV systems

Documentation & Reporting

o Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, incidents, and investigations.

o Prepare regular reports for management and regulatory bodies as required.

Operational Support

o Assist in the review and improvement of gaming policies, procedures, and controls.

o Support the Gaming Manager in implementing compliance initiatives and training staff.

Continuous Improvement

o Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

o Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in gaming compliance.

Experience and Qualifications:

Capabilities Required


• In-depth knowledge of AUSTRAC AML/CTF regulations and reporting requirements.


• Strong understanding of L&G NSW, RSA, RCG, and other gaming-related legislation.


• Advanced proficiency with the IGT Club Advantage gaming system.


• Excellent IT skills, including data analysis, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.


• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and analysis.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to resolve compliance issues and work collaboratively with team members.


• Commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
