Workforce Planning Analyst

Are you passionate about data, scheduling, and driving operational efficiency? TJX Australia is looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst to join our Store Operations team at our Mascot Home Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by supporting our stores, processing centre, and field loss prevention teams with workforce planning, scheduling, and compliance.

What you'll do:
  • Be the go-to contact for scheduling and timekeeping support across the business.
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain schedules to ensure optimal coverage and compliance.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and Line Managers to resolve time and attendance issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure alignment with contracts and labour laws.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of new workforce planning tools and system updates.
What you'll bring:
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with scheduling and timekeeping systems.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and strong general computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and workforce compliance practices.
