The Office Administrator/Workplace Experience Analyst is accountable for services such as cleaning, security and maintenance, ensure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work creating a safe, comfortable & productive working environment, provide technical support & customer service for company computer systems, resolving user issues, and maintaining system security by providing services & operations consistent with Globant's objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the friendly face of the office, answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.
- Monitor and report repairs (electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.)
- Manage office supplies and equipment, keeping things stocked and running smoothly.
- Assist with reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Ensures safety and security compliance
- Supports event planning and logistics
- Coordinates vendor management
- Orients new staff members
- Troubleshoots basic technical issuesAssists with facility inquiries and visitor support
- **Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Adherence to procedures and security awareness
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to address facility issues, provide general support to visitors, and effectively manage vendor relationships.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems
