We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the end-to-end design and implementation of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) within a leading organisation.

This is a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension, based ideally in Sydney, but open to Melbourne or Brisbane locations with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and document business requirements across human capital management (HCM), workforce management, and payroll functions
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, Payroll, and Compliance to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Support the development of project schedules and tracking/reporting progress (PI schedules)
  • Identify and manage risks, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on HRIS or ERP implementations
  • UKGPro (formerly Kronos) experience is essential – candidates without this will not be considered
  • Strong understanding of HR/payroll processes and compliance
  • Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, enterprise environments
