Discovery Capital Partners, a leading financial advisory business in West Perth, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Manager to become the organisational cornerstone of our firm.
In this role, you will oversee the firm's administrative functions, drive operational efficiency, and cultivate a professional and seamless work environment. You will be a key partner to our executive leadership, coordinating essential processes and upholding the high standards of excellence that define Discovery Capital.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support the day-to-day operations to ensure an efficient and welcoming office environment. Manage Office supplies, equipment and meeting rooms.
- Provide high-level support including diary management, travel coordination, and assistance with compliance requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of professional documents, presentations and other client reports and materials.
- Undertake a range of data entry activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity off our CRM and records system.
- Coordinating office activities, conference attendance, events and workshops. Manage internal communication channels and contribute to Discovery Capital's social media presence.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the firm, greeting all visitors and clients with outstanding professionalism.
About You
Discovery Capital is seeking a candidate who possesses:
- Exceptional presentation, numeracy and communication skills.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and highly efficient professional.
- Strong initiative and meticulous attention to detail.
- An outstanding client service mindset and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time and diary management skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe.
- Experience with, and an understanding of the use of social media in business.
- Preferably at least >3 years full time experience in an office environment.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude and genuine desire to contribute to a team.

You will be joining us at an exciting time as we move into our brand-new West Perth offices in mid-October. Located conveniently on the red cat bus line and approx. 5 mins from the CBD in West Perth. Our hours of business are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
