Temporary Administrator – Motorcycle Dealership

Location: North of the river

This well-established and reputable motorcycle dealership is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team on a 2-month temporary contract, working half days.

A day in the role

  • Providing high-level administrative support to the dealership team
  • Entering and maintaining accurate data in the Titan system
  • Processing documentation efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Managing general office duties – phones, filing, and internal communications
  • Liaising with staff and assisting with day-to-day operational needs

What you'll need

  • Hands-on experience using the Titan system
  • Strong organisational skills with an eagle eye for detail
  • Confident communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset – you'll be juggling a few hats, but nothing you can't handle
  • Previous administration experience in a dealership or retail environment (preferred, but not essential if you're a fast learner with Titan skills)
