This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Admin Assistant to provide 1 on 1 administrative support to our leading Sales agent 

This role sits within a high energy and high performing environment, it's a fun atmosphere and at the same time the team works very hard and lead with professionalism. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to our Lead Sales Agent
  • Liaising with property owners, vendors, solicitors, and trades to ensure seamless communication
  • Coordinating property marketing campaigns – from photography and staging to online listings
  • Maintaining accurate financial and sales records, including vendor-paid advertising and invoices
  • Organising inspections, appraisals, and settlement checks with professionalism and care
  • Assisting with advertising copy, flyers, and vendor communications
  • Ensuring smooth and timely handling of all sales-related administration

What we're looking for:

  • Ideally experience as a PA or EA, will consider a Team Assistant.  Sales Administration also highly regarded.
  • Ideally real estate or sales experience, not essential
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel; Agency Cloud experience a plus)
  • Current driver's license and own vehicle essential.
