As Betty's Burgers continue to grow, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Digital Sales and Loyalty Marketing Manager to join our team
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Experience – Betty's Burgers, you'll be responsible for leading the growth of digital sales as well as the strategy, design and execution of Betty's Burgers' loyalty program and customer lifecycle initiatives.
The role plays a key part in driving customer engagement and loyalty by using data-led campaigns, personalised offers, and digital activations to increase visit frequency and long-term value. With a strong commercial focus, it partners with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey, deliver impactful loyalty propositions, and grow digital sales across app, online, and third-party platforms to accelerate Betty's Burgers' growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive eCommerce sales across owned and third-party platforms, ensuring a seamless and consistent brand experience.
- Use customer data to optimise lifecycle programs and personalise communications to boost conversion, retention, and value.
- Deliver data-led briefs to digital and creative teams, ensuring campaigns are insight-driven and performance-focused.
- Lead the evolution of the Betty's Burgers app, shaping the roadmap, features, and functionality to enhance experience and sales.
- Own and enhance the loyalty strategy to strengthen engagement, repeat visits, and long-term customer retention.
- Collaborate across operations, tech, finance, and marketing to align loyalty, lifecycle, and digital sales initiatives.
- Ensure all digital, loyalty, and lifecycle programs deliver measurable impact against KPIs and business goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop one direct report to build capability and deliver strong business outcomes.
- Act as the marTech lead, aligning product enhancements and platform updates with Betty's activity.
- Stay across industry trends and competitor activity to keep loyalty and digital experiences innovative and customer-centric.
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset, trialling new features, offers, and campaigns to drive performance.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in lifecycle marketing and eCommerce, driving growth through digital and customer engagement initiatives.
- Expertise in loyalty programs and member experience, achieving strong engagement, retention, and sales outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into performance-driving strategies.
- Commercially focused, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and measurable business results.
- Proficient in customer data platforms and marketing automation tools like Braze (or similar).
- Knowledge of third-party delivery platforms (DoorDash, Menulog, Uber Eats) and their role in digital sales strategy.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, skilled at influencing and partnering across operations, tech, and marketing teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance commercial goals and seamless customer experiences.
- Degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
