The Role
We're seeking a
Digital Marketing & Monetization Lead
to help set up, optimise, and grow our online ecosystem — while helping shape DMA's structure as we scale.
You'll work directly with Jason to bring DMA's digital presence to life — across
YouTube, Meta, Spotify, SoundCloud,
and our
website network
— implementing systems for monetization, marketing, and community growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Audit and optimise YouTube, Meta, and other platforms for monetization
• Manage Content ID / copyright / claim existing DMA material
• Integrate DMA's website with revenue dashboards and analytics
• Build automated reporting systems
• Develop and run promotional campaigns and releases
• Help recruit as new departments and sub-labels form
About You
You're creative, digitally skilled, and tuned into both music culture and global awareness.
You take initiative, work autonomously, and want to be part of something that matters.
You have:
• Experience in music marketing / digital monetization / content management
• Knowledge of YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, SEO, AdSense, integrations
• Awareness of crypto, Web3, or digital-economy trends
• A genuine interest in music with meaning and purpose
