Job Overview:

As an E-commerce Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive online sales B2B & B2C. This position involves coordinating various aspects of e-commerce marketing, including campaigns, website management, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive digital campaigns for traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Curate e-commerce content and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Execute email and social media campaigns aligned with promotions.
  • Utilize SEO/SEM for better search rankings and manage paid ads.
  • Analyze key metrics for website performance and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate on UX/UI improvements for a better online journey.
  • Coordinate promotions, discounts, and offers with the sales team.
  • Monitor competitors, identify opportunities, and stay updated on trends.
  • Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform, including updates.
  • Cultivate PR relations with media outlets and influencers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong grasp of digital channels (email, social media, SEO, paid ads).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Analytical mindset; proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented; proficiency in Korean (speaking and writing) preferred.
