Ecommerce Coordinator
to join our Pyrmont-based team and help take our online stores to the next level.

You're detail-oriented, data-driven, and solutions-focused. With experience in a similar digital role, you know how to make online shopping effortless: optimising pages, improving search, and delivering campaigns that convert while enhancing the customer experience.

Your Journey with Us

• Optimise the Online Experience:
  Own onsite merchandising, search rules, and product presentation so customers find what they want, quickly.
• Drive Campaign Success:
  Execute and QA campaigns across our AU, NZ, and UK sites to ensure every launch is seamless, timely and impactful
• Keep Content Fresh & Accurate:
  Manage homepage updates, landing pages, and product content so our sites always reflect our brand and offering.
• Use Insights to Improve:
  Provide weekly reports on traffic, conversion, and search KPIs with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate Across the Business:
  Work with Marketing, Buying, Customer Service, and Logistics to create a cohesive, customer-first online journey.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

• 1–3 years in ecommerce operations, digital merchandising, or site management (retail preferred)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, large retail environment (preferred)
• Proficiency with ecommerce platforms (Shopify or similar) and analytics (essential)
• Experience improving site search, PLP/PDP performance, and delivering campaigns.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities.
• A proactive mindset and strong communication skills
