The Role
Working in a brand new premium development on Gosford's premium waterfront, we have an opportunity for a full time Building Manager to join the Sky management team and deliver excellent service experience for our clients and residents. Following Sky's successful appointment we are now seeking a proactive and experienced Building Manager to take charge of this exciting new development. The role is full time, Monday - Friday. With future stages planned this is a true growth role with opportunities to expand the team and your career.
This exciting role will oversee residential buildings financial and operational aspects while also emphasizing maintaining relationships with all parties involved.

Responsibilities include:
- Establishment of the building management service in a brand new residential complex of approximately 150 lots.
- Overseeing the initial stages of a residential building including moves in, services tenders and defect management
- Manage resident enquiries and foster positive community relation
- Manage the delivery of the service contract
- Active management of subcontractors through effective leadership and communication
- Management of common area facilities
- Management of commons area defects in conjunction with the developer and builder.
- Ensuring WHSE policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders
- Carrying out building inspections reporting on common area and asset operations
- Reporting to key stakeholders
Skills Required:
- A background in Property Management, Facilities Management or trade services.
- Minimum 2 years of Residential Building Management Experience
- Strong administration skills
- Customer Service focus
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- An understanding of WHS systems and processes.
