Make Every Step Count - Deliver Exceptional Care as a Senior Podiatrist

Metro South Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Podiatrist to join the Prosthetic, Orthotic and Podiatry Services team at Princess Alexandra Hospital. This temporary part-time HP4 position (60.8 hours per fortnight, November October 2026) provides advanced podiatry care to patients with active and high-risk foot disease within a multidisciplinary and research-focused environment.

Your new role:

In this senior clinical role, you will provide high-level podiatry services for patients with complex and high-risk foot conditions, supporting quality outcomes and service improvement across the hospital.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering evidence-based podiatry assessment, treatment and management for patients with active and high-risk foot disease.
• Working collaboratively within an interprofessional team to deliver patient-centred care and coordinate service delivery.
• Providing clinical supervision, guidance and education to less experienced clinicians, students and allied health assistants.
• Contributing to service development, quality improvement and research initiatives within the podiatry and renal services.

• Experience providing clinical supervision, education and contributing to service development or quality improvement activities.
