Are you looking for a new adventure? Come join Corporate Enterprise Solutions as a Senior Functional Analyst where you will research, analyse, evaluate, and provide expert advice on business and systems requirements in support of Queensland Health's S/4HANA solution.

As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will provide SAP functional knowledge support to the department and SAP knowledge transfer to the wider Solution Development business unit. You will support management and end users on application use and associated issues and initiative including risk and issue identification. Additionally, you will assist in translating business needs into well written, unambiguous functional requirements and deliver business requirements using standard S/4HANA functionality.

Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities):

  • Demonstrated expertise and technical skills with integrated ERP solutions and the ability to apply this knowledge in such ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management and the implementation of solution change control processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in the support and configuration of large-scale SAP S/4HANA solutions.  The product set for QH includes SAP S/4HANA FICO, MM, EWM, EAM, Sales and Distribution and OpenText.
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience as an SAP functional analyst in SAP modules including the ability to assist in translating business needs into well written, unambiguous functional requirements and deliver business requirements using configuration of S/4HANA functionality.
