A snapshot of your role….

  • Simultaneously manage multiple client programs from end-to-end. This involves collating and interpreting data, preparing high-end presentations and reports, client liaison etc.
  • Coordinate diagnostics, program logistics, executive briefings, stakeholder communications and survey deployments
  • Act as the primary contact for global clients
  • Prepare the CEO and internal teams with all materials, context, and logistics required for successful delivery, as well as coordinate venues and keep timelines on track
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in program data, reporting, CRM systems, and lead proactive risk identification and resolution
  • Take pride in your role, having genuine enthusiasm for a client centric position
