About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to nurture and grow existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys managing accounts strategically, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving long-term partnerships.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored technology solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the technology solutions portfolio.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and technology environments to position appropriate solutions.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and insights to clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and account plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Regularly report on account performance, pipeline, and customer feedback to the leadership team.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, events, and industry engagements.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an Account Management or Client Relationship role within the IT, MSP, or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, networking, cloud, or managed services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
  • A self-driven and collaborative approach to achieving goals.
