NDIS Support Worker – Appointment Support (Lalor VIC)

Location: Unit 2/112 Mount View Rd, Lalor VIC 3075 (Back Unit)

Date Needed: Tuesday, 14th October

Time: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM (3 hours)

Destination: Lalor to Flemington

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate NDIS Support Worker to assist a 55-year-old male participant with early-onset dementia in attending his regular medical appointment.

Duties:

  • Provide transport from Lalor to Flemington and return
  • Offer companionship and support during the appointment
  • Ensure participant's safety and comfort throughout the trip

Requirements:

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

Driver's licence and reliable car (essential)

Experience supporting participants with dementia or cognitive conditions is a plus

Friendly, patient, and reliable

Note: Support hours may increase once everything is set and ongoing arrangements are confirmed.
