We specialise in Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Participation, and In-Home Supports.

About the Role

We're seeking passionate Support Workers to join our teams in Collingwood and Frankston.

You'll work in a structured SIL setting, supporting participants with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access.

This role is ideal for someone reliable, caring, and committed to helping participants live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred support in line with NDIS plans
  • Assist with daily activities including cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Support clients with mobility and transfers where required
  • Encourage independence and social engagement
  • Maintain accurate case notes via our ShiftCare app
  • Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and care procedures

Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or similar
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Punctual, professional, and reliable
