Location: Diggers Rest, VIC

Shifts Available

  • Tuesday (weekly): 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM (extended to 3:00 PM during public & school holidays)
  • Thursday (weekly): 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM (extended to 3:00 PM during public & school holidays)
  • Saturday (fortnightly):
  • 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (overnight sleepover)

Additional shifts will become available once you commence.

Start Date: Immediate

About Us

At Empress Support Services, we are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to NDIS participants. We're seeking a compassionate and reliable female support worker to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Diggers Rest.

Your Role

You will support participants with:

  • Daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, routines).
  • Community access and social participation.
  • Household support and skill development.

Flexibility is essential as participants' needs vary slightly during school and public holidays.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must hold the following (or be willing to obtain before starting):

  • 100 Points of ID
  • Car Registration
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance Certificate
  • Current Unrestricted Driver's Licence
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Infection Control Training Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (cleared)
  • National Police Check
  • Minimum Qualification – Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or higher (or proof of completion within 12 months)

Optional but desirable:

  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
