Your New Role

We are looking for an NDIS Finance Officer who brings both skill and heart to the role. You'll take ownership of our day-to-day financial processes, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our team can focus on supporting participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep our accounts accurate and up to date in Xero.
  • Manage NDIS billing and claims through PRODA and other platforms.
  • Reconcile funding statements, invoices, and service bookings.
  • Prepare and update Service Agreements and follow up on outstanding billings.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.
  • Support month-end processes and provide reliable financial data for reporting.
  • Work with the team to meet compliance, statutory, and contractual requirements.

About You

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Xero (essential).
  • Familiarity with NDIS systems like PRODA or the MyPlace Portal.
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Confidence working with numbers, deadlines, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently, with honesty and discretion.
  • A positive attitude and genuine commitment to our mission.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC).
