Key Position Tasks:
We are looking for an Operations Administrator to provide essential administrative and logistical support to our Operations Team, enabling the seamless delivery of training programs.
Key position tasks include:
- Welcome clients/training participants at reception and assist as needed
- Provide telephone and face-to-face advice, information and assistance to prospective and enrolled students concerning courses, assessments and study options
- Manage course booking proficiently including course enrolments, invoicing, confirmation, cancellations, transfer and reminder communications
- Coordinate all Venue Hire requirements and communications from start to end of booking, including organising all catering and room set-up
Key Skills, Attributes and Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative/clerical role preferably for a training or educational organisation
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Familiarity with Student Management Systems (SMS)
- Knowledge of the VET system
