We are a large-scale, progressive supplier of fresh produce with farms located in Robinvale VIC, Mareeba QLD, Emerald QLD, St George QLD. Known for our high-quality produce and commitment to innovation in agriculture. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team working from our head office in Robinvale VIC.

The Role

This full-time position is essential to the smooth running of our supply and logistics operations. You will be responsible for supporting the logistics, supply chain coordination, and day-to-day administrative functions that keep the business moving efficiently and effectively. Working days will be from Monday to Friday.   Remuneration will be dependent on experience with a great work life balance.  Hours can be between 7am and 7pm dependant on growing region operations with some working from home expected.  Great remuneration will be discussed at interview.  Company will provide Laptop, Printer, Phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving purchase orders and maintain spread sheets for daily notification of senior staff.
  • Coordinate transportation, deliveries, and dispatch of produce and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate operational and inventory records.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams from all growing locations
  • Assist with compliance and quality assurance documentation
  • Create invoices, delivery dockets, reports, schedules, and communication materials using MYOB, Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
  • Support general administration and operational planning activities.
  • Must be able to meet operational demands from time to time.

About You

  • Proven experience in operations, logistics or administration
  • Proficiency in MYOB, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word essential)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience in the agricultural industry (advantageous but not essential) Training will be given
  • Flexibility with working hours is a must.
  • Probationary period of 3 months.
