  • Driving knowledge sharing and influencing decarbonisation outcomes, including monitoring and managing sustainability-related obligations and reporting.
  • Preparing regular reporting and analysis for CEFC management and the Board, with a focus on asset performance, valuation, risk, return, and sustainability outcomes.
  • Contributing to the continual improvement of Portfolio Management's governance framework, internal controls, and processes.
  • Undertaking investment and portfolio analysis, including valuations for specific investments.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A solid understanding of bank loan and fixed income transactions, with a minimum of 4-6 years relevant experience in asset or investment management, banking, project finance or credit management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in energy or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex transactions, financial models, and investment documentation.
  • Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or Law.
  • Passion for sustainability, decarbonisation, and innovative financing solutions.
