About the Role

As a Product Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting product development, fund launches, regulatory reporting and ongoing fund operations. You'll contribute to manager onboarding, transitions, and offer document reviews while working across multiple asset classes. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end product lifecycle and the opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive and growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with product development, launches and offer document reviews
  • Support analysis and monitoring of appointed fund managers
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting and product improvement projects (RG259 & RG97)
  • Assist with manager onboarding and custody/administration setup
  • Provide support on transitions including in-specie transfers and manager changes

About You

  • Degree qualified in Finance, Commerce, Economics or related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in funds management, superannuation or investment operations
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Confident communicator with ability to work with clients and third parties
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Adobe; InDesign experience desirable
