With 130 years behind us, we specialise in Robotic Automation as well as Pneumatic Tube Systems. This is an exciting time to join our team to assist execute its 5-year growth strategy.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for management and successful delivery of installations, maintenance services, service call outs within the budget.

Responsibilities

  • Management of projects, maintenance services and service call outs
  • Management of resources, including technicians and subcontractors
  • Organisation and coordination of all materials, labour, travel arrangement and equipment hire for installation, maintenance services and service call outs
  • Management of costs and successful delivery of projects and services within the budget
  • Administration of technician's timesheet, field service sheet and maintenance report
  • Administration of stock entries in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)
  • Administration of SWMS/WHS documentations

Selection Criteria

  • 5 years+ experience in a similar industry or in a similar role
  • Mechanical minded
  • Construction site experience/knowledge essential
  • Experienced Project Manager
  • Strong organisational abilities and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound computer and documentation skills

Full training will be provided.
